M&E Coordinator

Responsibilities :

. Review and align M&E design drawings to ensure compliance with specification and guidelines.

. Responsible for on-site technical & engineering matters and quality checks.

. Conduct joint inspections with RTO.

. Ensure M&E works are performed on time and in compliance with all necessary standards, code of practice and safety regulation.

. Manage M&E sub-contractors work progress, drawings, materials, samples, method statements submission and approval.

. Supervise M&E works and coordinate with Client's representative, consultants and sub-contractors on technical matters.

Requirements :

. Diploma/ Degree in Mechanical or Electrical and/ or related fields

. Minimum 3 years experience in building/ Good Class Bungalow project

. Good communication and interpersonal skills

. Able to work independently
