Job Description
- Carry out daily site supervision, coordination and quality assurance of all architectural/Structural/M&E trades on site ;
Work closely with subcontractors on their works to ensure timely work progress ;- Ensure all works are carried out in accordance to approved specifications ;
Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the management
Requirements
- Knowledge in Architectural/Structural/M&E works ;
Diploma or Relevant Trade Certificate ;- Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience in architectural/Structural/M&E works ;
Able to work independently and in a team
- Work closely with subcontractors on their works to ensure timely work progress ;
Ensure all works are carried out in accordance to approved specifications ;- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the management

Pay: $3,- 00 - $6,000.00 per month
