Roles & Responsibilities Job Description
- . Preparation of MEP drawings, shop drawings, and as-built drawing
- . Candidate will require to draw for Building services, eg Electrical, Air conditioning, Plumbing, Sanitary and Fire Protection services etc.
- . Produce accurate CAD drawing according to project requirements
- . Ensuring that all drawings are compliant with project specificationsand requirements
- . To assist in coordinating all MEP services drawings related toarchitectural, structural, landscape and interior design.
- . Perform file management on a regular basis.
Requirements
- . Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/ Diploma in Architecture or Engineering.
- . Minimum years of work experience in MEP field, preferably in building construction industry
- . Proficient in AUTOCAD and knowledgeable in MEP Revit
- . Co-ordinate and establish good working relationship with projectteam, clients, consultants and sub-contractors to facilitate effective co-ordination of work activities.
- . Positive working attitude and able to work under pressure
