Job Description - Prepare M&E works schedule based on the project master schedule
Accountable for all M&E works, site inspections, monitoring of progress of work & variation order- Responsible in ensuring that all M&E works of the sub-contractors are in compliance to the Companys and authorities requirements
Review M&E drawings and other materials submission prepare by the M&E Coordinators to ensure that there are no discrepancies and/or conflicts with the architectural and structural elements
- To prepare report for the Consultant Progress and Technical Meetings
To coordinate with clients, consultants, sub-contractors and project team to ensure smooth delivery of work including resolution of design and construction issues
Relevant Degree recognised by PE Board or Degree Qualification acceptable by BCA
