M&E Engineer/ Coordinator

The M&E Engineer assists the M&E Manager in coordinating M&E specific works on site.

Job Functions:

. Control site progress and installation quality as per approved Shop Drawings, Technical submissions for on-time completion.

. Appraise works/ products to ensure compliance to specifications and requirements.

. Coordinate M&E drawings and produce CSD and individual service drawings delivery.

. Conduct QA/QC inspections.

. Provide and maintain all site inspection records and T&C records are up to date.

. Check, evaluate and confirm work done and material supply quantity status for the purpose of M&E subcontractor/ NSC vendors progress payments, including instruction of progress substantiation document preparation by subcontractors and vendors.

Job Requirements:

. A Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.

. Good technical knowledge in mechanical and electrical trades.

. Good knowledge of local codes/ regulations pertaining to M&E services, building construction and safety.
