M&E MANAGER

Responsibilities:

• Planning and co-ordination of M&E services installation work.
• Supervise sub-contractors and site operation team and liaise closely with consultants to facilitate installation works on site.
• Supervise sub-contractors to carry out their installation works accurately and timely in accordance to contract drawings and specifications.
• Review and ensure proper submissions from sub-contractors.
• Work with QAQC Engineer to ensure quality performance of project Implementation of Testing and Commissioning plan.
• Any other ad-hoc duties.

Requirements:

• Possess relevant Mechanical / Electrical Engineering degree or equivalent.
• Interpretation of M&E drawings and possess a good understanding of codes & regulations requirements.
• Experience in managing a site team on M&E works.
• At least 10-15 years of relevant local working experience in M&E in building and construction projects.
• Good communication, written and analytical skills.
• Working knowledge in BIM model software.
