Job Scope:
- Oversee M&E design and installation processes to ensure compliance with project specifications and regulations
- Coordinate between different disciplines, including architecture, structural, and M&E teams, to ensure integrated project delivery
- Review M&E drawings and specifications to identify discrepancies and ensure accuracy
- Assist in project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation for M&E activities
- Conduct site inspections to monitor M&E works and ensure adherence to safety standards
- Prepare and maintain documentation related to M&E works, including reports, logs, and drawings
- Liaise with subcontractors, suppliers, and project stakeholders to resolve issues and facilitate communication
- Assist in the procurement of M&E materials and equipment as required for projects
- Support project managers in preparing progress reports and updates regarding M&E works
- Participate in project meetings and contribute to discussions on M&E-related topics
Requirement:
- Recognized Degree or Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
- Proficient in AutoCAD, BIM software (e.g., Revit), and Microsoft Project
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in the building construction industry
