Job Description:

This is a full time role for an M&E Project Engineer Cum Drafter located in Yishun/ King George's Ave. Our client is one of the power plant equipment suppliers in Singapore and you will be taking the responsibility of managing and overseeing all mechanical and electrical (M&E) works on construction sites to ensure they are completed according to specifications, within budget, and on time. This includes preparing and reviewing M&E designs and drawings, ensuring compliance with relevant codes, regulations, and project requirements. The role requires coordinating with contractors and consultants to resolve technical issues related to M&E installations and conducting site inspections to monitor work progress and quality, addressing any issues that arise. Additionally, the role involves preparing and submitting regular project status reports, handling shop drawings, BIM coordination, as-built and construction drawings, and managing all project documentation, including technical drawings and specifications. The individual will collaborate with the procurement team to source materials and equipment and assist in the commissioning and handover of completed M&E systems to clients.

Qualifications:

• Minimum Degree in relevant industry
• Minimum 2 years of experience in similar industries in Singapore.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, good ability in develop Revit will be a good plus point.
• Good analytical and problem-solving abilities to address technical issues on site.
• Familiarity with Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) regulations.
