Job Descriptions:- Manage and work with project team to assigned project(s)
Perform engineering duties such as engineering calculations, planning, tender, estimates, costing, taking off measurement. Preparation / Evaluations as part of the engineering project team- Update projects monthly report and assist on progress claims, progress payments and finalization of accounts
QA/QC documentation review of engineering deliverables
- Liaison with clients, project managers, consultants, contractors, and other stakeholders who handling the project matters
Any other required duties as required by the Project Team- Suggests ways to increase revenues and efficiency
Interpretation of specifications, terms and conditions, drawings and any other relevant documents
- Carry out testing and commissioning of M&E installations
Assist the site team on obtaining Variation Orders (VOs), Value Engineering, Recruitment- Other scope of work assigns by the Senior Project Manager / Project Director
- Any qualification in a relevant engineering field with minimum 5 years of related working experience in the Mechanical & Electrical
Preferably with 3 years relevant work experience- Possess knowledge of all cabling, loading and sizing calculations and equipment selections such as cable, generators, panels, etc.
Develop, design through establishing, design briefs, design reports, calculations, schematics, schedules, specifications
- Tendering and Estimation is a must
Having experience working with Electrical, Fire Protection & Solar Projects would be an added advantage- Candidates from the same industry will be highly preferred
