Work Week: 6 days per week- Working Hours:
- 30am 6.30am (Mon Fri) 9.30am-5pm (Sat)
- Project Manager (Construction Industry)
Interpret technical designs and drawings.- Manage M&E works to meet project specifications, budgets and timeline.
Prepare reports to clients and project manager on progress, delays, defects and rectification measures for the M&E works.
- Provide technical advice and resolve M&E technical issues on site.
Supervise M&E works (e.g. installation of green building technologies, lighting, air-conditioning, mechanical ventilation) in the construction project.- Liaises with site engineers to ensure smoothly workflow.
Conducts M&E coordination meeting.
- Monitor M&E works documents and shop drawings coordination.
Liaises with clients, consultants, subcontractor and supplier.- Negotiate approval for M&E changes to the project.
Prepare floorplans, shop drawing, detailed drawings and as-built.
- Any other ad hoc duties as assigned.
Possess Degree/Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
- Minimum 3 years of working experience in Construction industry.
A team player with a strong analytical mind and ability to work independently.- Excellent project control and people management skills.

Pay: $3,500.00 - $5,000.00 per month
