Job Description
. All Contracts administration works
. Preparation of plans, contracts, budgets and other documentation
. Quantity take off, cost estimate, contract administrations and support in tender exercise
. Documents preparation for sourcing of quotations for both pre and post tender stages
. Preparation of tender evaluation, conduct negotiation with subcontractors & suppliers
. Liaise with the Procurement Department to ensure that all material are procured in accordance with the project schedule
. To monitor and keep track of the project expenses and try to optimize the project profit.
. To attend progress meetings, technical meetings, material submission meetings and etc to capture all variation claims and potential variation works and time implication.
. Responsible for preparation and timely submission of claims, variation orders, budget & cost control and settlement of final account.
. To ensure a timely closure of all main contract and subcontract final accounts.
. Risk analysis evaluation
. Feasibility studies
. Any other adhoc duties when required.
Job Requirement
. Possess degree/diploma (Mechanical Engineering / Electrical Engineering /Building/ Quantity Surveying) or similar
. Minimum 1 to 2 years of work experience in Construction industry
. Good written communication skills
. Good track record
. Able to work on multiple projects, within simultaneous timeline
