M&E Quantity Surveyor cum Drafter

In this role, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our Lead of M&E in various M&E functions. Your keen eye for detail, professional knowledage, and ability to handle multiple tasks will be instrumental in ensuring the smooth operation of our company's M&E processes.

Job Responsibilities:

• Understanding the requirement of MEP tender document.
• Tender preparation including bills of quantities (BOQ), quantity. take-off, sourcing of contractor or supplier, and cost estimation
• Attend site show-round.
• Compilation of quotations and comparison of quotes.
• Assist in project procurement.
• Preparation of MEP shop drawing, co-ordination drawing, details drawing, and As-Built drawing.
• Update MEP Construction drawing regularly based on the layout changes.
• Other ad-hoc duties as per assigned.
