Job Responsibilities:
. Responsible for all works related to M&E Quantity Surveyor duties.
. Liaise with consultants and subcontractors on progress claim.
. Prepare subcontract documents and purchasing agreements.
. Preparing cost estimation and identify variation works.

Job Requirements:
. Diploma/ Degree in Mechanical/ Electrical/ Quantity Surveying or equivalent.
. Minimum 3 years in construction Building/ Data centre projects.
