M&E RESIDENT TECHNICAL OFFICER

Requirements:

Required for site supervision of mechanical & electrical works for healthcare development.

. Possess a Diploma issued by a local polytechnic or Trade Certificate in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering from the ITE or BCA and preferably registered with IES as a Resident Technical Officer

. Minimum 5 years relevant experience in building services in the supervision of mechanical & electrical installations for local residential/institutional/healthcare development

. Must be familiar with local Regulations/Codes for mechanical & electrical installations (or services) related to building projects

. Diligent in walking the site to check for non-conformity and bad installation practices

. Knowledgeable in Microsoft Word and Excel, AutoCAD and BIM preferred

. Able to start work in January 2025
