National Construction Certificate of Supervision (NCCS).
Accredited with the Joint Accreditation Committee of the Institute of Engineers Singapore (IES) and the Association of Consulting Engineers (ACES) will be preferred.
Diploma from Polytechnic, BCA Academy or equivalent institutions will be preferred.
Certificate in Building Construction Supervisors Safety (BCSS) will be preferred.
Experience:
Minimum 3 years experience in the supervision of building projects in Singapore.
Conversant in M&E design, specifications, site installation, services coordination, code of practice, Authority inspection and handover.
Conversant in contract administration with Public Service Sector Conditions of Contract, conversant with statutory requirements, site management, quality control procedures, system testing & commissioning and submission of progress report.
Duties:
Full-time on site.
Carry out the supervision of building works as stipulated in the Building Control Act and work under the control and direction of the appropriate Qualified Person when carrying out the supervision.
Expect to work overtime on some weeknights and Saturdays where required. Overtime is claimable via timeoff for the next day, subject to approval.
Carry out the supervision on site for diversion services when required.
All-in compensation of $5,700 to $6,200. The all-in compensation payable is deemed to be inclusive of the monthly staff salary, bonus, employer's CPF contribution, medical and hospitalization and personal accident insurance, training and administrative support costs and all other costs which are necessary.
