M&E RTO

Position available: M&E Resident Technical Officer (RTO) x 3

Full-time/Contract for 27 weeks with option to renew for up to three months
Job will commence by 2 December 2024, availability by end November preferred

Job Summary

We're looking for a highly experienced and certified M&E RTO with strong experience to provide technical expertise, guidance, and oversight to ensure M&E installation works to meet regulatory requirements and industry standards.

Responsibilities

. Ensure compliance with all relevant authority standards, regulations, and codes

. Conduct inspections, and audits

. Enforce M&E safety policies and procedures

. Enforce and implement M&E designs, installations, and modifications approved by consultant

. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues

. Maintain records and reports

. Check and verify M&E installation works to approved shop drawings

. Check and verify M&E materials on site are approved by consultant

Requirements

. IES certification (mandatory)

. Strong track record in M&E engineering, maintenance, or operations

. Strong knowledge of codes, standards, and regulations

. Excellent communication, problem-solving skills

. Ability to work effectively in a construction environment

. Meticulous and honest
