M&E Supervisor

Purpose and Scope

• Responsible for M&E works such as ACMV, Electrical, Plumbing and Sanitary etc

Key Roles and Responsibilities

• Review project specifications and technical clarifications
• Coordinate with Engineers and Architects, and perform site supervision and co-ordination of M&E works
• Review all M&E shop drawings from design team and submit to consultant

Qualification, Skills and Experience

• NTC/ Diploma in Electrical/ Mechanical Engineering or its equivalent
• Minimum 3 - 8 years relevant experience in construction industry
• Possess M&E Coordination Certificate or CoreTrade Supervisor for M&E
• Only Singaporean
