Maintenance/ Aircon Technician (Jurong West)

St Joseph's Home, a Person-centred residential healthcare facility located in Jurong West, is redefining the way we take care of our elderly, and would like to invite suitable candidates to apply for the position of:

MAINTENANCE/ AIRCON TECHNICIAN

Job Duties:

- Perform inspection and repairs of air-conditioning systems, electrical and mechanical systems to upkeep the Home in good working condition, other maintenance tasks may include painting and plumbing tasks

- Carry out regular maintenance works for the Home's building facilities, equipment, systems and premises

- Maintain stock inventory of equipment and spare parts

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years experience in similar capacity

M&E knowledge of electrical and plumbing work with relevant certificates

Able to adapt, work well independently and in a team

Understand, speak and read basic English

Certification to operate scissor lift is an advantage

Able to work on 6-day rostered week, including weekends
