Job Description

Liaise and work with solution providers to set up and troubleshoot the IT systems hardware in the Data Centre environment.
Planning and executing system administration, installation, deployment, testing and commissioning.
Generate documentation. (Maintenance Reports, checklist etc..)
Maintain accurate records of hardware and software inventory, maintenance activities, and problem resolution.
Create and update technical documentation, including system configurations and procedures.
Work closely with project team and external customers to plan and execute system upgrades and maintenance projects.
Conduct maintenance for VA servers and network Equipment and Cameras
Standby 24/7 for Maintenance fault response.
Respond to user-reported IT issues and provide timely technical support.
Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network-related problems.
Escalate complex issues to appropriate teams or vendors when necessary.
Update and patch operating systems, software applications, and drivers to maintain security and performance. (Windows Server, RHEL)
Monitor and manage software licenses, ensuring compliance and appropriate usage.
Implement security best practices to protect systems from potential threats and vulnerabilities.
