Job Responsibilities:
- Coordinate maintenance activities for facilities and equipment to ensure optimal performance and reduce downtime.
- Ensure machinery and equipment (e.g., generators, excavators) function properly to support production and operational needs.
- Coordinate tasks and resources across the machinery & equipment maintenance team and the logistics & operations team to meet goals and deadlines.
- Oversee and ensure safety protocols are followed by the Operations and Logistics teams during activities.
- Address operational challenges, implementing solutions to maintain efficiency and productivity.
- Lead daily tasks, including completing daily reporting.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma in maintenance or mechanical engineering (minimum requirement).
- 2-5 years of experience in the machinery and equipment field.
- Knowledge of equipment and machinery maintenance procedures.
- Familiarity with logistics and operations is an advantage.
- Basic proficiency with IT and software operation.
- Valid Class 3 driving license (optional).
- People-oriented, task-focused, with a positive work attitude.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize effectively, and manage time well.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Willingness to travel to various project sites as needed.
Working Hours: 8am-8pm (Mon-Sat), Project based.
