Maintenance Manager

Qualifications:

• Relevant engineering/technical degree or diploma from a recognized university or tertiary institution.
• At least 5 years of relevant working experience in the maintenance of IT or electronic systems.
• PMP certification is required for diploma holders.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the main point of contact for the maintenance project.
• Coordinate maintenance requests, receive instructions, and attend meetings.
• Ensure all works comply with the approved works program and methodology.
• Manage relationships with clients, contractors, and suppliers.
• Prepare and submit reports, quotes, and other required documents.
• Review and accept deliverables.
• Supervise the Maintenance Team.
• Arrange major contracts for services performed by sub-contractors.
• Establish service agreements, including leases and insurance for vehicles and policies related to maintenance work.
• Conduct regular reviews of the Maintenance Plan with the Project Manager.
• Submit monthly maintenance reports and attend all maintenance meetings.
• Plan and schedule routine preventive maintenance.
• Review the performance of routine preventive and corrective maintenance with Team Leads.
• Conduct regular reviews of Standard Maintenance Procedures.
