Maintenance Technician - Medical Device MNC #HZO

Location: Tai Seng

Working Hours: 5 days office hours (8am - 530pm)

Salary: Up to $3K

Job Scope:

. Maintenance of machines and equipment

. Maintenance of tools, jigs and fixture. Requisition of duplicate tools and scrap of obsolete tools

. Support machine installation, trial run, troubleshooting and repair of machines and equipment

. Support validation in sample preparation, trial run, data collection and testing

. Assist engineer in samples preparation, testing and data collection

. Update work instructions and document records for maintenance and production work

. Administration work (raise requisition forms in purchase, shipping, etc)

. Co-ordinate with suppliers, internal department for maintenance and calibration tasks

. Conduct internal on-the-job training for production operatives

. Participate in audits by internal and external bodies

. Other tasks assigned

Job Requirements:

. Min. Nitec in Mechanical technology/ engineering related field

. Min. 1-2 years relevant experience
