Job Scope:
- Install, maintain, and repair equipment or systems according to specifications
- Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance on equipment
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues to provide effective solutions
- Respond to service calls and provide on-site support to customers
- Document service activities and maintain accurate records of repairs and maintenance
- Collaborate with team members and communicate with customers regarding service needs
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
- Provide training and support to customers on equipment usage and maintenance
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in technology
- Assist in the development of service procedures and manuals
Requirements:
- Electric & Electronics Engineering Certification or equivalent
- Basic knowledge of PC, Windows, and Microsoft Office
- Good communication skills in English (reading and writing)
- Strong technical troubleshooting skills
