Responsibilities:
Carry out all planned and unplanned maintenance activities on manufacturing machinery to ensure minimal disruption to the manufacturing process. Execute preventative and predictive maintenance in a responsive manner for all machines/equipment in the Well screen Technologies facility to ensure maximum production levels. Perform day to day activities in accordance with the planned maintenance program. Carry out daily inspections of all Well screen Technology and ancillary equipment. Support improvement plans and machine upgrades to optimize production capabilities. Support Wellscreens production activities to meet Weatherford blue chip objectives.
Maintenance Activities
Carry out maintenance and repair tasks on all production plant within the Wellscreens manufacturing facility in-accordance with established maintenance practice and Weatherford procedures.
Carry out daily function checks on plant and ancillary equipment.
Maintain all machinery within design specification servicing and replacing parts with manufacturers parts or parts of like for like specification.
Maintain records of part replacement and machine consumable usage for performance trend analysis, problem solving and continuous improvement.
Carrying out upgrades to equipment as and when required to promote continuous improvement of plant machinery.
Interface with contractors involved in Wellscreens site maintenance and repairs.
Complete all functions in line with the QHHSE policy and procedures
Ensure all activities are performed in a safe and competent manner following work instructions and procedures provide in Weatherfird or manufacturer supplied documenatation.
Maintain a consistent level of production quality by adhereing to manufacturing procedures and work instructions developing corrective action that may reduce ineffictive and inefficcient operation
Adhere to environmental standards supporting efficient energy usage, waste segregation, clean-up of spills within the workshop environment and effective reporting of said events in line with company reporting standard.
Workshop duties and product manufacture
Assist department Leads and the Production Engineer to optimise the flow of product through out the production process
Assist with forklift and crane manouvers throughout the plant in accordance with operator training
Adhere to the area QHSSE policies and procedures in accordance with OTJ task training provided
Maintain workshop housekeeping
Maintain operational levels ensuring efficient and effective operation
Assist with production flow as required.
Participate in accurate reporting of operational activity within the Time Recording system- Direct Hours: Work Order task, time taken, and quantity completed. Indirect: Task completed Hours booked.
Ensure all tasks are completed in accordance with training provided, highlighting potential areas of improvement as they occur to ensure efficiency is continuously improved.
Any other delegated responsibiities, as instructed by Line Management, to be completed within a specified timeframe and in a safe and efficient manner t, provided the instruction is reasonable and you are capable and deemed competent to fulfil the tasks o meet businrequirements.Qualifications:
