Eligibility:

Recent graduates with a Bachelor's or Master's degree in relevant fields.

Minimum GPA of 3.5 or equivalent.

Leadership potential demonstrated through internships, extracurricular activities, or other experiences.

A keen interest in sustainability, renewable energy, and business operations.

Strong communication, teamwork, and interpersonal skills.

Program Structure:

Duration: 12-18 months.

Regional Department Rotations:

* Renewable Feedstock Supply & Sales

* Shipping Operations

* Finance, Treasury & Accounting

* Strategic Investments & Capital Markets

* Human Resources

* Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG)

Trainees will rotate through these core departments, gaining comprehensive insights into both local and regional business functions.

Training & Mentorship: Trainees will work on critical projects and receive continuous mentorship from senior leaders, preparing them for future leadership roles in the company.

Compensation & Benefits:

Competitive salary: SGD 4000 to SGD 5500 per month
