Job Description:
As a Management Associate in our organization, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant. You will be responsible for assisting in various aspects of restaurant management, including but not limited to staff supervision, customer service, inventory management, and overall guest satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
1. .Team Leadership:. Support the Restaurant Manager in supervising and motivating staff to deliver exceptional service standards.
2. .Customer Service:. Ensure prompt and courteous service to customers, addressing any concerns or issues promptly and effectively.
3. .Operational Support:. Assist in daily outlet operations, including opening and closing procedures.
4. .Training and Development:. Participate in training sessions for new and existing staff to maintain high-quality service standards and ensure adherence to safety protocols.
5. .Inventory Management:. Monitor inventory levels, place orders for supplies, and ensure proper stock rotation to minimize waste and maintain freshness.
6. .Quality Control:. Uphold food quality and presentation standards, conducting regular checks to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
7. .Financial Management:. Assist in monitoring expenses, revenue generation, and cost control measures to optimize profitability.
8. .Promotional Activities:. Support marketing initiatives and promotional events to drive customer engagement and increase foot traffic.
.Requirements:.
1. O /N / Polytechnic /ITE or related field preferred.
2. Previous experience in the food and beverage industry is an advantage.
3. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team.
4. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
5. Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is a plus.
7. Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
