Role Summary
This impactful position collaborates with coaches (leaders and staff) to enhance performance, strengthen leadership capabilities, and support personal and professional growth. Through coaching sessions, customized development plans, and constructive feedback, the coach serves as a catalyst for individual and organizational development, fostering a desired culture.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Culture
- Foster a culture of self-development by promoting open communication, feedback, and curiosity.
- Collaborate with coaches to understand and integrate the organizational culture into their daily activities.
Coaching
- Collaborate with coaches (business and functional leaders) to set clear performance goals, including objectives and key results (OKRs) and key performance indicators (KPIs), while providing coaching to facilitate desired outcomes and positive transformations.
- Shift mindsets and encourage awareness through coaching discussions that challenge limiting beliefs, harness resourcefulness, promote growth mindsets, and introduce mindfulness and self-reflection practices to unlock leadership potential.
Support Assessment & Development Programs
- Utilize coaching tools and assessments to gain insights into coachees strengths, improvement areas, and motivations.
- Monitor and measure the effectiveness of coaching interventions on both individual and organizational performance.
- Identify individual needs and recommend suitable programs from the Octave Institute.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Human Resource professional with over 10 years of progressive experience in HR/Organizational Development.
- Proven track record as a professional coach, preferably in an executive or performance management context.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build collaborative relationships in an empathetic manner.
- Capable of thriving in a fast-paced organization with a complex structure.
