Job Description:
. Oversee daily operations and ensure efficient workflow across all departments
. Manage staff schedules, supervise team performance, and provide support as needed
. Monitor inventory levels, coordinate with suppliers, and manage procurement efficiently
. Implement and maintain standard operating procedures to ensure high-quality service and productivity
. Handle customer feedback, address concerns, and improve the overall customer experience
. Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to drive business growth
. Prepare reports on sales performance, operational metrics, and suggest improvements
. Ensure compliance with company policies, health, and safety regulations
Requirements:
. Strong leadership and organizational skills with the ability to multitask Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
. Good communication and interpersonal skills to manage and motivate a diverse team
. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays
. Experience in the F&B industry or similar environments is a plus
