Assist Restaurant Manager/Overall responsible for the smooth operations of the restaurant.
Responsible for compliance of all related standards and guidelines, as well as relevant regulatory requirements.
Ensures preventative maintenance of restaurant facility and equipment is completed in accordance with Company standards, interacting with external vendors as required
Ensure restaurant is fully staffed up as well as employees are led and developed to achieve the expected work performance and productivity.
Ensures that restaurant follows the security procedures (e.g. safe counting, cash drawers)
Requirements:
A minimum of 2 years relevant experience or equivalent education.
Experience in Daily Operations & Customer Handling.
Understanding of and adherence to food safety regulations and hygiene standards.
Ability to work collaboratively with kitchen staff, servers, and other team members to maintain a smooth restaurant operation.
