JOB DESCRIPTION
- Participate in hands-on job rotational training under the guidance of skilled professionals
- Understand each department's (e.g., HR, Operations, Marketing, Sales) daily processes and goals
- Provide administrative support to managers and teams
- Participate in company's strategic planning
- Help managers in evaluating performance (e.g., writing reports, analyzing data)
- Keep track of business revenue
- Research ways to increase profitability and lower risk
- Take ownership of assigned tasks and contribute ideas for process improvement and innovation
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to training activities, projects, and other responsibilities
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum Diploma and above
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with colleagues from diverse backgrounds
- Analytical mindset with the ability to solve problems and make informed decisions
- Eagerness to learn and develop new skills, with a proactive and positive attitude
