Management Trainee (F&B (Fast Food) , 5 days , UP $3500 / Islandwide)

. Basic Salary: $3200 - 3500 (Base on experience) + Incentive

Workday : Mon - Sun (Any 5 days) (8 - 9hrs / shift) (2 - 3 shift rotation)

Manager-in-Training will go through a 3 months structured training in both Front & Back of House before being certified as a Manager.

The Manager in Training / Manager will learn to manages the delivery of the guest promise through financial controls, operations, direction of team member, guest service and compliance. Manager in Training / Manager is accountable for restaurant operations during assigned shift when restaurant management is not present.

Requirements:
. Relevant experience in F&B or qualification in F&B, Retail, Hospitality or Culinary
. Passion for the F&B and hospitality industry
. Positive attitude and a team player
