Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of the outlet to ensure smooth service.
• Assist in inventory management and stock ordering.
• Maintain food quality, hygiene, and customer service standards.
• Support the training and development of staff.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally.
• Contribute to marketing and promotional activities.

Requirements:

• Diploma or degree in any field (Hospitality or F&B-related is a plus).
• Passion for the F&B industry and Korean cuisine.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
