Job Summary:
The Job Management Trainee will participate in a structured development programme covering various aspects of job management, recruitment processes, and workforce deployment. This position provides hands-on experience across multiple areas, including Human Resources, Operations, Sales & Marketing, and project management within the oil and gas sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage in a structured training program covering Human Resources, Operations, Sales & Marketing, and project management within the oil and gas sector.
- Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process by sourcing, screening, and interviewing new hires, as well as creating and posting job ads, reviewing resumes, and conducting preliminary interviews.
- Collaborate with senior management to coordinate workforce deployment for ongoing projects while supporting project teams in managing scheduling, compliance checks, and personnel logistics.
- Contribute to data analysis, reporting, and development of process improvements.
- Support client communication and relationship-building efforts alongside senior team members.
- Prepare and submit tender documents in line with project needs.
- Work closely with local and international teams to foster collaboration and knowledge sharing.
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Recent graduate with a First-Class Honours degree from a reputable university.
- Strong organizational skills with a high attention to detail.
- Experience in project management.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
