Description:
. Offering friendly and efficient service, attending to customers enquiries
. Engaging in meaningful conversations with customers on concept, products and tea knowledge
. Preparation, plating and serving of food and drinks
. Opening and closing of outlets
. Receiving and checking of inventory and perishables
. Having clear communication within the team members for each shift, so that instructions are passed on correctly
. Reporting to outlet manager
Requirement :
. Experience and interest in F&B
. Passion for tea, including acquiring and sharing of tea knowledge
. Able to work weekends & public holidays
Skills & Abilities:
. Well-groomed with good communication and interpersonal skills
. Fluent in English
. Proactive and reliable, able to adapt and learn quickly
. Ability to withstand stress and work well under pressure

. 5 day work week, no split shifts
