About Us:
Heritage Collection is a boutique hotel management group which was started in 2011 and is headquartered in Singapore. Living up to our namesake, we are dedicated to preserving Singapore's rich history and culture by making our heritage districts relevant for future generations. For us, relevance is achieved by a pragmatic balance of heritage conservation and innovation.
We have since expanded to Manhattan, New York and specialize in housing for college students.
About the Management Trainee role:
This is an exciting opportunity for aspiring individuals to gain hands-on experience post-graduation. You do not need to have a background in hospitality but you must at least be interested to learn about the industry.
Our goal is to identify and nurture talents. Upon successful completion of the Management Trainee Programme, you will be offered junior management positions in New York with opportunities to grow within the company.
Core Competencies you will be trained in during the 6-month Programme:
A. Tenant Management
B. Building Operations and Management
C. Team Leadership
The Management Trainee Programme is not structured to be a rotational programme. Trainees will be trained in the above competencies concurrently and their application of the competencies will be assessed by milestones throughout the 6-month programme.
