- Enforce company policies, procedures, programs and performance standards.
- Supervise staff during operations.
- Manage junior staff and assist other managers.
- Setting targets and analyse sales for the month as well as to assist with administrative duties.
- Responsible to ensure that the service standards of the restaurant are met by all staff.
- Speak to customers and be prepared to deal with any problems or customer feedback.
- Handle customer complaints during Manager's absence.
- Handle non-halal food.
- To ensure a smooth and efficient shift.
- Provide staff with support and training.
