Management Trainee

Job Description & Requirements

- Enforce company policies, procedures, programs and performance standards

- Supervise staff during operations

- Manage junior staff and assist other managers

- Setting targets and analyse sales for the month as well as to assist with administrative duties

- Responsible to ensure that the service standards of the restaurant are met by all staff

- Speak to customers and be prepared to deal with any problems or customer feedback

- Handle customer complaints during manager's absence

- Handle non-halal food

- To ensure a smooth and efficient shift

- Provide staff with support and training
