Job Description

. Provide excellent customer service experience and ensure customer satisfaction

. To follow company SOPs, operational workflows and guidelines when preparing and serving food and beverage items

. Handle cashiering duties

. Manage opening, operating, and closing procedures and ensure it is properly executed
