We are offering a chance for fresh or recent graduates to gain experience in the Education industry, as part of an established collection of Education brands. The new hire will be joining our English tutoring division, Morris Allen English, as a management trainee.
About Morris Allen English (MAE)
MAE is an established learning centre founded in 1993. We have helped over 80,000 students improve their English across 3 physical locations in Singapore. MAE operates under the Brighter World Education holding company which manages 5 education brands, spanning from preschools, Chinese/English/Maths tutoring, to adult and international education.
Job Scope
Management Trainees will be inducted into a formal training programme, which includes training in the following skills:
. Overseeing marketing efforts, including tracking conversions and outreach
. Managing customer enquiries and communicating with parents for feedback
. Researching trends in education, and new areas for expansion
. People management - managers typically supervise a team of administrative and teaching staff once they have completed their training
Requirements:
.Recent graduates in any subject area are all welcome to apply. We also accept early career applicants who will be graduating by mid-2025.
.Must be willing to supervise weekend classes (within a 5-day work week), and be willing to travel between our various branches as needed.
