Overview

As a Data Insights Manager at NUHS's Value Driven Outcomes Office, you will play a pivotal role in leveraging data from clinical, administrative, and financial datasets to drive strategic decision-making and implement a high-value care culture across NUHS. You will lead a team of data analysts, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, analyze data trends, and present findings to key stakeholders.You will need the ability to plan, manage, and implement Health informatics and data analytics projects with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead a team of data analysts to ensure timely and accurate delivery of insights.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including clinicians, researchers, administrators, and finance professionals.
• Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and correlations.
• Visualise data using Tableau dashboards.
• Perform more predictive and prescriptive analytics using R Studio.
• Utilize statistical techniques and machine learning algorithms to extract actionable insights.
• Create visualizations and dashboards to effectively communicate findings to stakeholders.
• Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies in data analytics.
• Mentor VDO Data Analyst to upskill them to perform predictive and prescriptive analytics.
