Job Scope :
- Efficiently organizing schedules, handling incoming and outgoing correspondence, and maintaining organized files both digitally and physically.
- Assessing and prioritizing tasks to maximize productivity, coordinating with team members to ensure timely completion of assignments.
- Scheduling meetings, booking venues, and preparing necessary materials such as agendas, presentations, and reports.
- Serving as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, promptly responding to calls, emails, and inquiries, and facilitating smooth communication channels.
- Managing expense reports, tracking expenditures, and handling personal finances as required.
Requirements:
- Admin or assistant experience is a plus
- Having a driver's license is an advantage
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Strong organizational and good communication skills.
- Discretion, adaptability, and multitasking ability.
