Job Description

Job Scope :

  • Efficiently organizing schedules, handling incoming and outgoing correspondence, and maintaining organized files both digitally and physically.
  • Assessing and prioritizing tasks to maximize productivity, coordinating with team members to ensure timely completion of assignments.
  • Scheduling meetings, booking venues, and preparing necessary materials such as agendas, presentations, and reports.
  • Serving as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, promptly responding to calls, emails, and inquiries, and facilitating smooth communication channels.
  • Managing expense reports, tracking expenditures, and handling personal finances as required.

Requirements:

  • Admin or assistant experience is a plus
  • Having a driver's license is an advantage
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Strong organizational and good communication skills.
  • Discretion, adaptability, and multitasking ability.
