Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Statistics, or a related field. A Master's degree or relevant certifications (e.g., Certified Business Intelligence Professional) is a plus.
Prefer candidates with at least 5 years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, or a related field, with a minimum of 3 years in a managerial or leadership role.
Strong experience with BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, QlikView, or similar platforms. Experience with database technologies such as SQL, MySQL, or NoSQL, and familiarity with data warehousing and ETL processes is highly desirable.
Proven track record in managing BI projects, working cross-functionally, and leading teams to successful project delivery.
