Responsibilities:The role holder is responsible to perform data analysis and develop data tracking systems for the sales and admissions teams for the Global School Group. Additionally, the person is responsible for performing analysis of all expenses including operating and capital expenditure with a view to improving profitability of each school. Compiles data and develop reports where necessary.
Functional
- Liaises with the Global Head of Sales and Heads of Admissions of all campuses under GSG to collate and compile data to develop necessary reports as suggested by the management from time to time using internal systems such as MyGIIS and Hubspot.
Assesses and analyses the data for the management to help data-driven decision making.- Collaborate with admissions and IT teams to procure necessary data from student enrollment systems and enquiry management CRMs across all locations and campuses.
Develops assessment and data reports at School, Geo and Group level.
- Analyze Data regularly to identify trends and improve forecasting. Use various BI tools to create models.
Works with Finance Controllers, Country Directors and HR teams as well as internal systems such as TM1 and AccPac to analyze cost data and drill down where necessary to suggest improvement in costs. Works with Country teams on Cost Improvement projects with a view to improving profitability
People Interaction- Supports brand enhancement and works closely with the sales and marketing teams.
Maintain networks and relationships with internal and external partners at the working level to keep abreast of the industry climate and macroeconomic trends.
Minimum Qualifications: Bachelors or equivalent Required; MBA/ Masters or CA
Experience:
- 3-6 years of relevant experience
Hands-on experience in advance data analytics using excel & other BI Tools
- Experience in business intelligence in multi country operations. Alternately, experience in Private Equity funds on Operations Improvement
