Manager (Central Kitchen)

Candidate is to be responsible for overall system of our central kitchen, including cleaniness and food hygiene.

Candidate is also expected to plan staff roster and ordering of raw materials and must be comfortable working in a kitchen environment.

He/she must be familiar with specifications of raw materials and food production processes.

6 days work week.

Food hygiene certification is a must.
