We are seeking a skilled and experienced Integrated Communications Specialist to join our clients team on a 12-month contract. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and delivering a comprehensive communication strategy that aligns with their business objectives and enhances their brand presence.
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement an integrated communications plan that supports our clients new vision, mission and 5-year strategic direction.
Source and onboard an integrated communications agency to assist in the work of the integrated communications plan.- Craft clear, compelling messages and content across various platforms, including digital, print, and social media.
Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure cohesive and consistent messaging.
- Monitor and analyse the effectiveness of communication strategies and campaigns, providing regular reports and recommendations for improvement.
Keep abreast of latest developments in the media landscape and maintain an updated media list for outreach and media engagement.- Organise and execute media events and other promotional activities.
Job Requirements:- More than 5 years of experience with a demonstrated track record of success in developing and executing integrated communications plans.
Proven project management skills to effectively manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment, meeting tight deadlines, and maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling messages tailored to diverse audiences.
Ability to create visually engaging content for social media and digital platforms.- Knowledge of social media trends, paid social media advertising, scheduling and analytics tools.
Experience with media relations and crisis communication management.
- Creative thinker with a passion for storytelling and driving engagement through innovative communication strategies.
