Support the crewing operations includes recruitment, planning and logistics.
Assisting/coordination the office briefing for seafarers.
Support in e-appraisal review and completion in the crewing database.
Review in Crewing data base entry quality, create reports.
Follow through the end-to-end process of the Cadet Progression Programme.
Handle the day-to-day training and crew promotion related queries.
Other crewing related tasks as assigned from time to time.
Minimum rank experience of CO / 2E or Diploma holder in any discipline (Maritime preferred) with at least 8 -10 years of relevant experience in conventional fleet crewing (Tankers / Dry vessels).
MLC certification and ISM (Internal Audit) certification will be an added advantage.
Self-starter, take initiative and well organized.
Ability to multi-task and work independently.
