YOUR NEW ROLE
As the Manager, CRM Operations, you will take charge of the day-to-day CRM operations for Max in the APAC region. Playing a pivotal role in Max's success, you'll collaborate closely with the marketing and lifecycle teams to drive user retention, engagement, and monetization through messaging channels such as email, push, and in-app.
YOUR ROLE ACCOUNTABILITIES
Oversee day-to-day CRM operations, ensuring timely and error-free delivery of all campaigns
Manage relationships with Marketing and Creative teams, providing best practices, brainstorming campaign ideas, and regularly iterating on the campaign process to enhance speed and efficiency
Collaborate closely with the MarTech team on new CRM feature/data requirements, troubleshooting, and roadmap prioritization
Develop complex messaging journeys for lifecycle campaigns (e.g., onboarding, rescue)
Manage end-to-end campaign ops process from request intake through scheduling
Measure and report on CRM operational performance, providing actionable insights to enhance processes
Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
5+ years of experience in CRM Operations with enterprise-level ESP and/or marketing automation tools; strong preference for Braze experience
Advanced experience in managing projects through Asana, JIRA, Monday.com, or similar platforms
Advanced experience in building automated campaigns through a journey-building platform
Advanced experience in audience segmentation and datapoint management
Ability to liaise with creative, engineering, technical, marketing, analytics and business teams
Strong team focus with outstanding organizational and resource management skills
Please note that the employment for this position will be payrolled through an external agency vendor. Successful candidates will be employed by our appointed agency and assigned to work with us.
