Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive cybersecurity policies and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and best practices.
• Conduct regular risk assessments and vulnerability analyses.
• Lead incident response efforts and manage cybersecurity incidents.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate cybersecurity measures into all aspects of our operations.
• Provide training and awareness programs for staff on cybersecurity practices.
• Monitor and analyze security trends and threats, and recommend appropriate countermeasures.
• Prepare and present reports on the status of cybersecurity initiatives to senior management.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
• At least 5 years of experience in cybersecurity governance or a related role.
• Strong knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks and standards (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST).
• Experience with risk management and incident response.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
• Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CISA are highly desirable.
