We are seeking talented and motivated Manager, Delivery & Analytics to join the team. This will be a 12-month contract with onsite setup.
Responsibilities:
- Represent Enterprise Data Management and work with the stakeholders to develop and manage project pipeline, project plan, ensuring that business objectives, timelines and milestones are met. Also ensure relevant project management artefacts and documentations are generated.
- Accelerate data monetization initiatives by empowering analytics transformation for the bank
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify project requirements, goals, scope, and constraints.
- Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets, and communicate progress to stakeholders.
- Support and manage UAT Team with testing delivery timeline.
- Ensure timeline for all milestones are met.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations, internal policies, and procedures.
- Manage project resources, including internal and external team members, vendors, and consultants.
- Ensure project documentation is complete, accurate, and up to date.
- Review miscellaneous project documentation.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as Project Manager (banking referrable), with a proven track record of managing complex projects, preferably in data-centric environments.
- Have done data migration project or overseen data migration project.
- Ability to identify, assess, and mitigate risks associated with data projects.
- Experience with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) and tools (e.g., JIRA, Asana, MS Project).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders and team members.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
