We are looking for a
Manager - Delivery Assurance Function who supplies to the business's long term planning process, including maintaining ad-hoc projects.
The Manager will also be responsible for the definition and delivery of D&A Operations Trading Systems DAF methods and playbooks
Measure and control performance against defined standards
- Own and maintain relationships with key DAF collaborators
- Present findings to Leadership teams across D&A operations
Collaborate with Service Delivery, continuously drive embedded standards
- Responsibility covers Trading Systems (FX, Post Trade, Equities and Markets)
- Partners with Product Owners and Technology to increase operational resilience and adaptability
Accountable for Key Controls
- Manages change agenda.
- Engages members from other teams to find opportunities to improves processes within Trading Org.
- Find standard processes with members from other teams.
Qualifications & Experience:
The candidate should have previous experience in operations roles and people management, along with some leadership experience. It would be nice if the candidate processes some prior experience developing and maintaining relationships across business units. Additionally, any previous experience building strong teams and positive team engagement skills would be useful to have.
